Position: Senior Project Manager/Project Director

The Role

A growing Biotechnology company are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join their Project Management Group. As the Senior Project Manager/Project Director you’ll manage and lead pre-clinical/early clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage the delivery of robust preclinical and translational activities for bispecific antibodies in close collaboration with cross functional team members and in particular clinical operations.
• Work with team to develop and translate project strategy into operational plans and budget that meets internal and external stakeholder requirements.
• Monitor all project activities at external contractors and ensure appropriate timelines, budget and quality standards are met.
• Management of project budgets (forecast and active tracking) and maintaining active project plans (using MS Project)
• Participate in data review discussions and contribute to data interpretation
• Contribute to the preparation of regulatory briefing documents and preclinical/clinical elements of regulatory submission documents
• Create and manage risk registers
• Assist with the writing of manuscripts and development of abstracts and presentation

You

Ideally, you’ll have a BSc in Life Science and gained extensive experience in biologics drug development and have a solid understanding of biologics/pharmaceutical drug development and R&D Processes and key activities to generate robust IND enabling data package.

You’ll be able to demonstrate successful translation of complex pre-clinical activities and strategy into project plans and key deliverables driving towards and into clinical development.

Experience in MS Project, project delivery and PMP/APM is essential.
