A leading Biopharmaceutical Company are looking to recruit Research Associate in Immune-Oncology to join their Pharmacology and Translational Science Group.
The Role
As the Research Associate in Immune-Oncology you’ll undertake primary cell-based assays to support the advancement of the Immuno-Oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support in vitro and ex vivo assessment of antibody mode action, including pharmacodynamic effects on tumour and on immune cells (techniques include cellular staining, cytokine release and gene expression)
- Responsible for conducting in vitro assays including cell proliferation, apoptosis, ADCC and CDC assays
- Work with minimal supervision in the design, implementation and the generation of experimental data supporting project decisions
- Provide an active role in project team meetings
You
Ideally, you’ll have a BSc or MSc in Immunology, Biochemistry, molecular biology or oncology and have experience in mammalian cell culture techniques and sterile working practices (Cat I and Cat II). You’ll also have worked on cell staining and Flow Cytometry including flow analysis software.
